Bretted Barrel Aged dry-hopped Red Saison brewed with the Falcon Tap pub on Micklegate in York before it sadly closed. Dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Cascade and rich red colour with biscuit notes from the malt. A big grapefruit character from the hops, unmistakeable Belgian character from the Saison yeast, and complexity from the Brett

Leeds Beer Festival 2019. Hazed golden-blonde, it has wine-like aromas, and is similar but hopped in taste. Has a strength to it with a soured finish.
