Pours dark amber with off white head. Aromas of carmel and some chocolate. Similar flavors with some holiday spices and a little sweetness. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Decent.

Pours deep mahogany into a shaker. No aroma. Roasted malts upfront - full and spicy with ginger and cinammon. Dry spiced finish.

12 ounce bottle courtesy of Alraomon. Thanks! Pours a clear ruby red color with a medium eggshell aroma, moderate retention and nice lacing. Aroma is caramel, citrus and spice. Lots of orange peel and some green apple. Taste is fruity, again with the citrus and green apple, with some subtle bitter notes and caramel malts. Medium bodied.

Dark, complex aroma of dog food, mocha, and horehound. Clear brown with a thin off white head, minimal lacing. Tastes of horehound and dog food. It gives the impression of being a double or triple bock, but obviousy weaker

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma is of dusty hops and over ripe fruits. The flavor is of dusty hops, malt, over ripe fruits, and ginger.

Moderate molasses and orange notes with ginger and cinnamon on the nose. Some moderate maltiness. Clear reddish brown color with a tan head. Flavor is a strong fruit and spice burst at first followed by a moderately bitter finish with lots of malt character. Not watery at all for a 5.9%, rather explosive actually.

Bottle. Brownish beer with an off-white head. LIght caramel and spice aroma. Caramel and spice flavor with a bit of nuttiness. Medium body. Caramel and spice linger.

Bottle. Pour is a brownish color that doesn’t let much light through. Aromas are of brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and dark fruit. Flavor is good... dates and raisins are indicative of the fruit notes, brown sugar and maybe watery molasses for the malt presence and a touch of spices in the background. Mouthfeel and flavor are both watery at times. Still, there is a fond place in my heart for Fezziwig since it was one of the first beers that I tried that came across as unique and innovative. (Geesh... that was a long time ago.)

Courtesy of Quake1028. Pours a very nice clear deep amber with off white head and solid sheet lacing. The aroma is pretty darn fruity with raisins and dates as well as malt sweetness and vague spice. The taste is also fruity up front along with a distracting cream soda note. Then it becomes thin before the vague spiciness enters along with mild caramel and malt roastiness.

2007...dark copper, tan head...smells sweet...watery...malty with definite cinnamon on the tongue...a small amount of orange and ginger in the finish
