Draught only.

A dry, still perry.
Made from a blend of our heritage variety perry pears, predominantly Blakeney Reds. It is fully fermented, a pale straw colour, slightly clouded, delicate in flavour, smooth with lingering pear after tones. Typical of a fine farmhouse perry. This perry drinks well on its own, with bread and cheese or a simple meal and is great to drink when relaxing with friends.

(Cask at White Horse, Parson’s Green, 22 July 2011. I guess this is the right entry) Pale yellow colour with hints of green. No head. Fruity nose with notes of grass and pears. Fruity taste with pears, some apples, a touch of sweetness and a fairly low acidity. Medium body, with some sweetness. Refreshing and quite nice.
