From tap at Stadscafé Het Refter, Zwolle. Herbal and floral aroma with a heavy sticky body, some alcohol, malt, yeast, notes of overripe fruits. Sweet, sticky, yeasty and very herbal, too heavy for its own good. Not unpleasant, but surely a bit weird.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 31 Aug 2019) Pale amber colour with dense, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with dried fruit, lemon, herbs, mushrooms, yeast and flowers. Fruity, floral taste with notes of lemon, yeast, flowers, lemon peel and an earthy sake character. Low bitterness. Full body, sweet. Interesting, but weird. A touch too sweet and hardly balanced. Still, quite enjoyable.
