Crisp and clean is the best way to describe this spring brew. Poured into a half liter pilsener glass, faint head and no lacing on the glass. Smooth character goes down easily, just a hint of bitterness left in the mouth. Extremely drinkable. Another winner from Allgäuer Brauhaus

Tasting at Papsø
Deep blond color; small creamy head. Very nice aroma, delicate, smoke and malt. The flavor is less appealing, it’s dryish, with straw malt and ordinary bitterness. Too bad, after the aroma I had higher expectations.
