This year's Elderflower Saison got kicked up a notch. Now with 100% of our own yeast, it's more sour than saison with an added tartness from fresh local gooseberries to balance out the funky floral foraged elderflowers.

75cl bottle from Hoptimism. Appearance - hazy amber and bery low carbonation. Nose - elderflower straight up then the tart gooseberry lurking Taste - elderflower and nettles. Then tart gooseberry skin and green apple.. Palate - tart and slight to medium bodied. Low carbonation. Overall - very nice.
