Hopfenweizen brewed with a blend of US and European hops - heavy on the late and dry hopping - and a German Weizen ale yeast to produce a hybrid weizenbock/American IPA. Hazy, wheaty and hop bitter with notes of tropical fruits and citrus from the dry hopping complemented by classic fruity yeast esters.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Can from Craft & Berry. Appearance - cloudy golden orange. Slightly off-white fluffy head. Nose - pine, grapefruit pith, some nutmeg but not getting the usual banana note. Something pinepple though. Taste - initial green apple and lime note, then going through ripe apple and into pineapple again. Palate - creamy in texture and approaching medium bodied. Decent bitterness on the finish. Overall - yeah, pretty good.
