75cl bottle from Beer Ambleside. Appearance - slight gusher then dirty brown but translucent. No head. Nose - funk, then wood, a little bit of saison candied fruit thing, but really you have to search for it. Taste - same again. Woody, funky, a bit like a Flemish brown. Palate - tangy and an edge of sour. Dry, tangy and persistent finish. Overall - lovely beer.
