Bottle from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Appearance - golden with a generous fluffy head. Nose - subtle caramel and burnt orange. Taste - more caramel and orange. Bitter pithy finish. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a dry bitter finish. Overall - would've liked a touch more fruit, but there's good balance here.
