Ku’iaçu é uma imperial IPA ou double IPA, a cerveja mais amarga e mais alcoólica até agora feita pela Cervejaria Rio Negro. Trata-se de uma variação da IPA Ku’ia, com 7,5 % de álcool e 60 Ibus. Usaram somente o lúpulo Mosaic que remete a maracujá.

Taster at Manaus Brew Shop. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- juicy, citrusy, tropical fruit, a bit resinous, unfortunately diacetyl, too. FLAVOR- dry, moderately bitter, citrusy, citrus peel, some tropical fruit, touch of diacetyl. Fuller to full bodied.
Still good stuff.
