Our master brewers wait a full year for the complete maturation of the Noble barley from which they produce Birra Moretti Baffo d’Oro. Only Italian spring malts for a lager with a bright gold color and white, fine, compact and persistent foam. Nothing sexy with this beer, a lager s bit better than the others, a bit metalic, rather dry, bready, a bit watery, some hop for lager, 16.06.19, at Epalinges, buying this beer in Domodossola and drinking it once in Sicilia.

Bottle. Clear gold featuring a nice solid white head. Aroma of grains, corn and malts. Taste of grains, cardboard, malts, metal and cooked vegetables. Mild and sweet. Low bitterness. Medium carbonation. Sometimes I ask myself why do I drink stuff like this anyway.

Bottle (thanks mabjork!). Golden colour, small white foamy head, with some lace. Aroma is grainy, cardboardy, some herbal, earthy and dusty tones. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma, but also has a slight edge of metal/iron to it.

Barva zlatava cira, pena obstojne husta a celkem i drzi. Vune sladova, chmel dokysela. Chut sladova, stredne horka, telo vodove. Bez divnochuti. Dojezd suchy dokysela. Vyssi mnozstvi bublinek. Mistni normalka zrejme.
