Schuppenboer Grand Cru is een sterk blond bier van 10% alc. Dezelfde ingrediënten als onze tripel maar met extra hop en een zwaardere moutstorting. De smaak is moutig zoet met een hint van sinaas en abrikoos. Een milde kruidigheid in de afdronk doet u verlangen naar de volgende slok.

Bottle, 10%. Peppery aroma. Almost clear dark golden colour. Good frothy white head. The flavour is also peppery. Clean with a thin malt base and enough caramel to almost balance of the alcohol. Reminds me of super mocne, but fortunately somewhat better.

33cl bottle from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours brilliant amber, transparent, with scarce foam. Aroma is intensely herbal, spiced. Body is fairly dense, with average carbonation. Taste is fairly bitter. Final is still long and intense.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is floral with estery yeast, malt, spicy notes, coriander, apple. Picking up some yeasty off-flavour, which I did not expect from Het Nest. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a mild bitterness. Medium body. Could be more clean.

Piana spora, trwala, metne tresciwe, lekko slodkie, przyprawowe. Zaskakujacy tripel niczym as wyciagniety z rekawa, dobrze ulozone niczym astrologiczne karty tarota Manary. Pozmak goryczkowy, alko ukryte. Dobre Grand Gru wiec nie moglo byc inaczej

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg. Hazy dark golden with a big white head. Malty boozy aroma with some yeasty fruitiness. Sweet taste with a considerable bitter finish. Tasty strong tripel

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine persistente, color giallo oro velato, al naso è intensa lieviti belgi spezie succo di pera note floreali coriandolo e ananas, in bocca marmellata di pesche frutta candita miele con buone note erbacee, astringente, corpo rotondo, carbonazione forte, alcool un po' troppo in evidenza, dolce con amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. Alcool troppo spinto ma nel complesso una ottima birra. c. Cantina della birra 16.06.23
