Snow Owl is our vanilla porter, and when it’s on tap it means that cut-your-own Christmas Tree season is upon us. Our tree farm opens the day after Thanksgiving, and the brewery is a great place to unwind with a pint after picking out your perfect pine.

On tap at Alchemist & Barrister in Princeton, NJ. Number one with a bullet. Opaque dark brown color. Small creamy tan head. Roasted malt nose hints at cocoa. Flavor follows nose with a hint of vanilla. Medium bodied. Soft mouthfeel. Average at best.
