A mixed-fermentation Saison brewed with Rabbit Hill malt, wheat, and oats, and flaked Rye, fermented with a co-pitch of our favorite Belgian Saison strain and our favorite funkifier Brett Lambicus, Erosion is hopped with two of our favorite German hops: Saaz and Hallertau Blanc. Left to condition for nine months, Erosion is dry and rustic, with an earthy and effervescent finish with underlying notes of grass and hay, a peppery phenolic bite, and a brilliant aroma of fruity esters and farmhouse lore.

On tap at brewery. Medium gold color. Brief white head. Light tangy malt aroma. Earthy, funky notes are subtle. Grassy and peppery with a dry finish.
