Taster pour from a can at Saratoga beer Summit. Opaque black, nice ring of head, good retention, no lacing. Aroma strong, roasted malt, hint of sweetness, chocolatey, fruity sweetness. Taste strong, roasted malt, somewhat earthy, light fruit, lightly bitter. Smooth texture, medium body, soft carb, finish s taste. Good strength of roasty flavor.

16 ounce can. Barely translucent cola brown color. Rocky tan head. Some clinging lace. Earthy roasted malt aroma hints at chocolate, cardamom and red berries. Sweet roasted malt flavor upfront. Notes of bittersweet chocolate, dark cherries and Sumatran coffee. Rich and flavorful. Well done.

Can, from Malt & Mold. Pours dark brown with ruby red highlights against the light, large spongy tan head, mocha aroma adequate carbonation, bitter mocha taste with faint cardamom like flavor, thin smooth body, long finish. Very well covered ABV, a smooth brew.
