Draft @ Fiera della Birra di Ferrara, Nov 2013. Dorée-orangée, col blanc cassé. Arôme est malté, léger coté unique tourbe venant directement des terres anglaises selon le brasseur. Palais reste ici aussi dans un style très euro avec un côté tourbe des Highlands assez typique mais qui change le côté habituel de malt fumés à la Bamberg. Note subtile de houblons laissant une brève amertume avec encore une base tournée vers un style allemand mais ici relevée par la tourbe. Une bière fumée de bonne facture.

Draught @ IBF - Italia Beer Festival Milano 2010, Palalido, Piazza Carlo Stuparich, Milano, Italy.Unclear medium amber orange color with a large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, malt mash, vegetable, smoke notes, moderate yeasty, vomit notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, vegetable. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100307]
