On tap at the Brewpub, Modena, Italy Wednesday 18th August 2021 Pours hazy light amber with a white head. Belgian yeast really kicking off spice and fruits. A touch sweet and carbonation could be a bit higher, some fruit in mouth, a little toffee banana. Quite good but clearly work to be done here.
