Cask at Crewe Dog, Crewe. Pours a cloudy orange with a small frothy white head and excellent lacing. There’s tropical fruit and floral hops in the aroma. In the mouth it is briefly sweet and juicy with a creamy texture before harsh bitterness comes flooding through. Flavour has mango, melon, grapefruit and tangerine, and metallic hints lurking below the surface, leading to a dry and horribly sticky finish. Hides its strength well though. This is reasonable but not my cup of tea at all.

Pours hazy amber with a white head, no great looker. Plenty of pithy citrusy flavours, grapefruit prominent amongst them, a little juicy but seem more bitter than the description suggests. Good.
