Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Dark blond colour, slightly hazy, with medium sized head. The aroma is mildly piney and fruity. The malt base has some toasted notes, some toffee; there is enough bitterness, maybe some piney resin, but the hops aren't bright; there seem to be a level of acidity slightly higher than expected, and maybe even a bit stale. For sure this one would be a mediocre, modern, West Coast IPA, nothing says Hazy IPA in this can.
