With a name like this, we had to create a strong beer, so a 6% IPA seemed like the answer. Low colour Maris Otter Malt, combined with Wheat and Oats for body and head retention provide the backbone, with colour coming from a wash of Carafa III. Bitterness comes from Columbus Hops and the dry fruity characters from Simcoe Hops and the use of ESB yeast.

Bottle picked up from Oakchurch, Staunton on Wye, Herefordshire consumed at Mum and Keiths, Kempsey, Worcestershire Monday 15th July 2019. Pours reddy amber, hazy with an off white head. Fruity, touch harsh, a little chemical taint, plenty of citrus, it's not bad, however it's not my cup of tea either.
