Bottle from The Angel, Bicester, consumed at home Thursday 11th May 2017 whilst making a Ranch Dressing. Pours straw coloured, perhaps heading towards a warm gold with a white head. Soft mouthfeel, a hint of mineral, flint and steeliness in the mouth. I really like this, I cannot recall how close this is to a Kolsch but I like it regardless. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
