This month our brewers have crafted a golden bronze colour beer made with the finest Maris Otter pale malt with a hint of light crystal. Named after the principle hop, Calypso, it has a pleasant fruity flavour balanced by a subtle malt backbone. And at just 4.0%, it’s a drinker!

Cask at the 9 Gallon, Warrington on Saturday 28th March 2015 Warm gold with a filmy white head. Quite dry, streaky citrus a lacks a little sparkle, pithy. Quite decent. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
