Cask at Merton Beer Festival Saturday 28th February 2015. Rich reddy colour good clarity with an off white head. Initial assertive bitterness is soon tempered, there is pleasant fruity bite with a good tanginess. Soft squidgy orangey citrus, I think the oakiness is perhaps more subtle and works to add a little more complexity and softens the beer a little. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
