Cask, handpump the Hope Pole, Aylesbury, Bucks, Thursday 3rd June 2014 Pours a light hazy gold, tiny bit warm, wonderfully crisp bittersweet, zippy and. Described as a crisp, hoppy, lemon and lime sweet lager, I have to say I disagree with the description but it is pretty good. Really hoppy, some pithiness but it is sweet, tastes stronger than 4.5%. I have to knock this down a mark or two for being a little warm, if this were cooler it would be v.good, however partly due to it being slightly warm and partly for some reason I am tiring of it towards the end it, it maybe isn’t as great as I first thought, but still a fine beer nonetheless.
