Bottle from the brewer following brewery talk at JDW, October 2013, (Thankyou to John for this!) consumed at Eardisley, Herefordshire Saturday 9th November 2013 I understand that this is one of a number of new and more unusual brews that will come off of their new 5 barrel pilot plan. Pours dark brown with a tan head. This is quite sweet and malty in the mouth, some light chocolate allied with light roasty and bitter touches do little to lift this beer. into being anything other than a rather safe, easy going but ultimately tad boring porter.
