Picked this up from the Brewery/Bar in Marseille June 2013 consumed at home Thursday 31st October 2013 Much like the other Biere de la Plaine beer I had the only label difference is the abv stamp. I asked what these were called when I purchased them at the brewery and was simply told blonde 5% the other is also blonde but 8% I think I may have another somewhere, anyway I just called this 8. Golden in colour a little flat, sweet, thick in mouth alcohol is noticeable a bit of squidgy overipe fruit. Bit like a UK interpretation of a Belgian ale or Strong i.e. not quite there.
