Cask @ St Christopher Inn, Borough SE1. Pours a pale amber color with a longlasting off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with weak hints of elderflower. Fruity malty weak hoppy elderflower flavor with hints of caramel. has a fruity malty caramel finish.

Cask handpump, The Hop Pole, Aylesbury, Bucks, Thursday 18th October 2012 Pours copper in colour, really steely and metallicy type flavours, is this something to do with the elderflower? I think not, and I don’t consider this metally/tinny twang to be off-putting, interesting but not off-putting. There is a malty and decent bitterness, in fact this is a jolly good bitter and I am really enjoying it. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5
