Cask, gravity at The White Horse, Hedgerley, Bucks, 30.07.10 This is quite sweet in the mouth with some soft caramel and a slowly developing bitterness. Light amber in colour, with a slight white film. There i a touch of citrus in the mouth, drying towards the end, streaky fruitiness (new experimental Beta hop apparently) Its ok but a touch to caramel and not enough hop. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1
