A real hop monster. This beer is a Citra dry hopped variation on Independence Day and is brewed with Columbus, Magnum, Centennial, Chinook & Cascade with Citra at flame-off and dry hop stage, hoptastic.

Cask, gravity at Merton Summer Beer Festival, 16-07-10 Very pale gold appearance with a a slim white head, decent clarity also. Wonderful fresh hoppy aroma. This is fresh clean and crushingly bitter in the mouth, streaky hops zipping about the mouth, plenty of juicy citrus, grapefruit I’m getting mostly. Nicely bitter and a real corker that went down well amongst the CAMRA lot especially. Hats off to Gazza, great stuff. A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 4.0
