Cask, gravity at Merton Summer Beer Festival, 17-07-10 Pours reddy brown with reasonably clear with small bubbly head. Fruity on the nose with just a little chocolate and there is a sourness sitting back. Fruity in the mouth a little plum skin, some chocolate again and a tangy sourness that is not overdone at all, bit of coffee and a touch of cherryness adding to that sour bite.
