Cask, gravity at Merton Winter Beer Festival 05-02-10 Pours mid brown with just a smattering of bubbles across the surface. Initially quite sweet and with plenty of malt this eventually recedes and a more dominant earthy hoppiness starts to assert itself backed up by a light fruitiness. Enjoyable beer. A6 A3 F7 P4 Ov13 3.3
