Golden beer with slight marmalade and fig flavours to the fore with biscuit and subtle caramel sweetness. Lots of hop character including grapefruit and a balanced, smooth finish.

Cask, handpump at the Wellington, Birmingham 13-12-09 Pours light amber with great clarity, nice slim white head. Tangy fruitiness, nice curvy fruitiness, bittersweet. Pleasant bitter with a touch of seasonal spice but if truth be told maybe a touch on the thin side. A7 A5 F7 P4 Ov14 3.7
