On cask, gravity at the ’Hangi’ Charlton-on-Otmoor 10-10-09 Poured amber but there is a definate red hue to this beer, white head, nice and clear. Aroma is soapy hops and a touch metallic. Taste is a little floral but there is caramel and a wishy washy washing-up feel about it. Vale have done some really very good beers in their monthly series with August and Septembers being particularly good, sadly this struggles to even be just ok, it did very little for me unfortunately.
