Bottle that I picked up at a farm shop between Hereford and nowhere, well possibly Wales Pour mid - deep gold with a straggly lazy carbonation. The nose is soft apple juice with just a sharpness there giving a slight hint of what is to come. Starts with a real sharp and crisp bite at one point the enamel on my teeth felt like that they’d been given a bleaching or something such was the feeling that it left on my front teeth. The sharpness lingered briefly but then waned, there was little if no sweetness. This was a very nice cider but a bit of a challenge.
