(473ml can from the brewpub) Pours opaque milky dull red with a thin pale pink cap and light leggy fruit 'lace' with a few pips. Aroma is a lot of fresh strawberry, some raspberry, rather olive umami-heavy before airing which I think is the strawberry, moderate white chocolate, some lactic yoghurt, mid-sweet. Flavour is a lot of fresh strawberry up front, with some raspberry, again some sort of umami-ish olive stuff with the strawberry that fades a little with air, moderately floral vanilla, rather lactic/yoghurty, white chocolate mid sip, reprise of strawberry towards the finish with lactic tartness and earthy white chocolate. Lingering white chocolate and berry pip aftertaste. Light to medium-boded for style, some pulpy thickness but not tons, light carbonation. Fun flavours though the umami touches are a little odd, wish it was a touch thicker. Nice.
