Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with a semi-sweet finale. Body is not as full as expected for style with good carbonation. Very good NEIPA that doesn’t go overboard and is highly drinkable.

(500ml bottle from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours opaque dark yellow with a thick white head that's stable and leaves heavy lace. Aroma of navel orange and tangerine, bright ripe pineapple, some spicy green garlic/onion, a little dank cannabis and resin. Flavour is roundly malty and yeasty in a smooth estery English way without being sweet, pale orange and grapefruit, some pith and zest, underripe and slightly peppery pineapples, a little green onion heat, dry and a litte mineral on the whole, finish is moderate plus bitter with some astingent resin. Light bodied, creamy soft carbonation. Refreshing and resinous IPA, in the style of what NEIPA initially meant, with pale malt and English yeast but a sticky hop bite rather than pure juice.
