(On tap @ the brewpub, Toronto, Dec 31/23) Pours nearly clear pale orange with a whitish head. Heavily acidic, basically violent vinegar with some lactic lemony aspect, light to moderate raspberry, light wood, a little hay-like funk. Light body, above average carbonation. Way too sour to be pleasant. My partner ordered it, I had a sip and couldn't stomach more despite her pleas to help finish the glass.
