(473ml can c/o my better half) Pours opaque pale gold with a thick white head and solid lacing. Aroma of dank and lightly peppery mango, Simcoe fresh conifers, hefty pale citrus but more on the lime tip than the normal grapefruit, candied lime peels even, backbeats of guava and other floral tropicals, a little crushed flowers, light breadiness, beautiful nose even at 2.5mo. Flavour is dry and crisp, surprisingly heavy on lime for Simcoe, other bright pale citrus as well, lean mango, touch of melon, fresh leaves and a little conifer, flowers, light limey resin towards the finish. Softly bready malt body, smooth neutral yeast. Finish is dry, lightly bitter, a little prickling conifer and lime resin in the finish even at this age. Light body, a touch less creamy than normal for Badlands with average plus carbonation. Better than the Mosaic version for me even with weaker mouthfeel. Nice!
