(On tap @ the brewpub, May 19/23) Pours opaque peach nectar orange with basically no head. Notes of sweet peach between ripe and canned with blatant creamy lemon ice cream in abundance, that sweet-tart grip of lemonade popping through in the middle of the sip as well, lemon and vanilla plus cream really lingers in the finish but by no means obliterates the peach. Overall it's sweet but with some light acidity for balance. Quite full-bodied, fairly pulpy, low carbonation, very creamy. Damn, I mean it's exactly what it says on the tin...about as fun as shameless pastry smoothies get. Lovely out behind the brewery on a spring evening listening to a Bobolink making song flights in the adjacent field as well.
