A clear dark golden beer with a white head. Aroma of dry grainy malt, straw, honey. Taste of mid sweet grainy malt, straw, honey, moderate dry bitterness.

Draught at Ranzani 13: clear gold with white head. Light floral and grain. Clear and crisp. Easy to drink. Not heavy on many of the heller bock tastes.

On tap at Fun & Cool, Milano. Clear orange with medium white head. Malty, some caramel, sweet, toffee. Not that easy to drink. Medium+ bodied.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine evanescente, colore ambrato velato, al naso malto frutta matura zucchero di canna, in bocca malto miele di castagno caramello, corpo medio, alcool ben bilanciato, carbonatazione piatta, oily e burrosa, dolce con amaro leggero. Buona, si beve bene ma rispetto alle Bock d'oltralpe….. c. Fatti una Birra 27.03.21

Il gusto al naso ritrova il floreale. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è abbondante. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Le bollicine sono fini. La carbonazione è abbondante, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è lungo, pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma riferisce di percezioni di caramello, miele, frutta secca e resina.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge off-white head. Aroma is malty and caramelish. Vague butterish, caramelish and toffee. Rather dry and malty. Ends with a light bitterness coming through.

5th June 2010. Bottle in the Blind Pig. Hazy amber beer. Soft palate,dry. Sweet soft malt. Dry and a little spicy. struggling to fins anything else to say.

Draught @ IBF - Italia Beer Festival Milano 2010, Palalido, Piazza Carlo Stuparich, Milano, Italy.Light light unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, sugar, moderate hoppy, citrus - orange, fruity. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20100305]
