Aroma of bright and almost jammy Montmorency cherry with notes of sour cherry candies, wine gums, soft cinnamon, semi-sweet red apples, white wine, some apple skin tones. Flavour is light and brighty, only slightly tart, Montmorency bright juiciness, again a feeling of sour cherry candies, apple flesh and soft skin, a dusting of dry funk, splash of Riesling-inflected pale citrus but the wine particularly contributes a tannic breadth to the finish where it blends with the lightly saline apple juice and cherry skins to create a serially gulpable cider.
