(473ml can shared by Herbalist, thanks!) Pours near-opaque yellow with a thick eggshell head and good lace. Aroma of lime, grapefruit and tangerine peels, Sabro coconut and dill, sweeter citrus pulp, green melon, bready malt and moderate dankness. Flavour is mid-sweet at best, again lots of lime and coconut at the core, herbal, orange and grapefruit backing, a little 'green fruit' like melon or green mango/papaya, smooth bready malt, soft yeast character, no warmth, drying finish with fairly low bitterness, lime and moderate coconut, a little herbal accent, smooth. Medium-plus body, quite creamy, softly carbonated. Motueka and Sabro are an inspired pairing for me, though I don't know 638 enough to understand its contribution here.
