(473ml can from the brewpub) Pours very hazy deep gold with a good eggshell head and heavy lace. Aroma is big on leafy dankness, green melon, peppery mango and pineapple, fresh coniferous Centennial, candied lemon peel, soft brioche malt, more dankness! Flavour is dank as the aroma would suggest, nice green mango and piel de sapo, tangerine and lime pulp, mixed citrus zest, fresh leaves, lemon candy, rounded brioche malt, softly fruity yeast, semi-drying finish with heavy dank coniferous Centennial/Idaho, some melon and a little citrus pith, soapiness of Strata held in check by the rest, fairly light but clear bitterness. Medium-full body, oily, average carbonation. Normally I am not a Strata fan but the combination with fresh Centennial and the quality brewing on offer made this a delicious dank shake. Very impressed.
