After opening this I felt I should’ve saved this for tomorrow morning. If ever you want to drink a beer with breakfast this series seems to be it…
Brewskey Brew Juice: strawberry, banana & dragonfruit smoothie IPA 5.2%
Thick pinkish purple with pink foam that is THICC and definitely looks like a smoothie.
Thick full velvety body, tart dragonfruit mixed in with sweet strawberry while the banana lends extra thickness to the body.
Apparently, this is part of a series…

(473ml can from Superette du Diner, Quebec City) Pours a truly unique opaque and summery creamed fuschia-pink with a thick pink-white head and heavy banana-chunk 'lacing'. Aroma is interestingly funky, ripe banana and dragonfruit florals dominate, surprisingly dank strawberry, sweet and sour berry candies. Flavour is rather sweet with lots of ripe banana, sweet/tart real strawberries, more berry candy, smooth floral dragonfruit with a little funk to it, very soft lactic component, some very lightly bitter component to the strawberries (pips?), finish is still sweet and ripe banana-laden with attendant florals. Medium-full and quite creamy smoothie body with fairly soft carbonation. Definitely not close to sour, basically eschewing tartness, but it uses its banana backing to full effect and the strawberry-dragonfruit pairing is inspired in that it doesn't render the latter an irrelevancy as in many beers.
