(473ml can from Superette du Diner, Quebec City) Pours lightly hazed pale orange with a small but stable white head and lace. Aroma of pulpy grapefruit, lemony lactic hits, sumac, lemon zest, potpourri, tart red grapes and pale forest berries, hay, leathery Brett. Flavour is quite acidic as expected, lactic core with lemonade feel, splashy lightly acetic sumac hits pretty hard, soft cereals, pale forest berry and sour white grape quality, soft floral vibe, finish is fairly dry and lactic with soft tannic bitterness from the sumac, dusty soft funk and a little mineral crispness. Light body, average tingling carbonation. Very pleasant refreshing sour with nice sumac quality; not extremely complex and a bit light but nice stuff.
