(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours quite hazy bright gold with a thick white head. Aroma of unripe mango, lime peels, grapefruit, fresh leaves, conifers, dank melon. Flavour is quite light and rather dry, citrus and unripe fruit dominating. Notes of lime, honeydew melon, green mango, some florals, retiring cereals, slightly chalky minerality, bone dry finish with soft lime peel and crushed leaf bitterness. Light to medium body, fairly high carbonation. Solid but a little less punchy than I remember this series being, especially in the mouth. Felt a bit APA-like but very easy to drink and refreshing.
