(500ml 2020 botthe from the brewery webshop) Pours fairly clear orange-gold with a thin white head and no lace. Aroma largely of mango and some sweet orange pit fruit, kind of floral, some orange juice-type mellow lactic acid, honey, crushed flowers, soft oak and a subtle funk. Flavour is moderately sour up front, lactic and quenching with tart orange and lemon, biting peach, smoothness and sweetness of mango becoming more prominent mid-sip, finishing fairly sweet and lightly sour with lots more mango and some sweet peach. Some wet mulchy feeling to the soft funk, maybe a touch of sulfur. Oak is restrained but present. Finish and aftertaste is lightly sweet and mango-forward. Light to medium body, fairly soft bottle-condition carbonation. Solid tropical/sweet fruited sour, clashes a touch with the acidity at first but the mouth adapts and it becomes more balanced. Nice one.
