(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours very hazy bright yellow-gold with a decent white head that's stable and leaves lace. Aroma is sweetened grapefruit, orange, citrus zest, some mango, nice oaty malt tones, moderate conifers and some dank resin. Flavour follows the nose, moderately sweet up front with orange, sugared white grapefruit and mango/peach all prominent, fairly full oat-laden malt bill, smooth fruity yeast without the heavy chalkiness of older Noctem, citrus peel bitters and conifer resins but just lightly to moderately bitter and semi-dry in the finish. Medium-plus body, smooth and creamy, fairly low carbonation. Really nicely made intra-city collaboration that elevated Noctem's brewing I would say.
