(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours murky dull pale yellow with a thick white head and amazing lace. Aroma is white grapefruit, catty mango, pineapple, perfumed florals, some orange pulp backbeats. Flavour is heavily white grapefruit dominated, peel, pulp and pith, backed by underripe pineapple, some florals, retiring crackery malt, catty cannabis, bone dry finish is mineral and loaded with soapy grapefruit peels and florals. Light bodied, slick, very soft carbonation. Good on the whole but a bit too heavy on the grapefruit florals for me, I prefer a little less of a soapy character than it got later in the sip. Still definitely enjoyable.
