(On tap @ La Souche Limoilou, Nov 12/19) Pours hazed orange-gold with a white head. Nicely balanced wild ale with moderately strong Brett funk, fairly vinous for a non-grape wine BA wild, with balanced lactic acidity, drying nicely later in the sip with moderate oakiness and a general feeling of Chardonnay. Medium bodied with fairly fine effervescence. Nice wine-inflected wild ale.
